3. Product Conditions
a) Our cards are handmade and therefore there will be slight differences from the images provided on our website. Any major differences will be stated within the product text.
b) Please ensure that any personalisation requested is checked before completing the checkout process. No changes can be made once the checkout process is completed.
c) Please ensure that the address provided is accurate. The Quality Card Studio will not refund cards sent to an incorect address. If you are aware of an error, we may be able to rectify if the card has not been posted. Please contact us immediately. |
